Chef Alberto Becerril’s career spans leading Michelin-starred restaurants and 5-star hotels across Spain, including a mentorship at Albert y Ferrán Adriá in Barcelona. Eager to explore the world, he took up a Sous Chef position at La Serre Bistro et Boulangerie in Dubai, before returning to Madrid as the Executive Sous Chef of the five-star Grand Luxe Hotel Villamagna. After roles at Velvet and Carmen restaurants in Beijing, he was invited to join The Peninsula Beijing, helming the kitchen of Jing.
