Eric Räty

After completing his studies at the Perho culinary academy in Finland, Chef Eric Räty took up a position under Chef Hans Välimäki at the then-2 Michelin star restaurant, Chez Dominique. Remaining there for 4 years, he then headed to Germany, honing his pastry skills at Sven Elverfeld’s 3 Michelin-starred restaurant, Aqua, as Pastry Chef. An invitation to return to Chez Dominique as Head Chef the led to further projects, before moving to Asia on the invitation of Swire Hotels to join the team of Café Gray Deluxe under Gray Kunz.
