Starting his career at one of Washington DC’s finest restaurants, under the tutelage of notable restaurateur Jeff Tunks, Chef Jeremy Harris lives for food. As a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, he has cooked with the American Culinary Olympic Team and, after moving to Asia, was quickly appointed to Marriot International’s Asia Pacific Culinary Advisory Board. His role as Executive Chef of The Fairmont Peace Hotel has earned him numerous awards and much-deserved recognition.
